$20 Million Affordable Housing Donation

Arizonia Philanthropist Jerry Bisgrove is proposing one of the states largest donations to fund affordable housing for the working poor.
"Bisgrove envisions the grant as seed money that will multiply many times with the creation of public and private partnerships... Almost 230,000 working families statewide can't afford decent housing as increases in home prices and apartment rents continue to outpace income gains, according to the Arizona Family Housing Fund, formed with the donation."
