Hospital To Leave Town Center For Out-County

Leaving the Downtown was not just a post-WWII phenomenon.
Here is an example of a town that is in danger of losing its "center" as major institutions decamp the center "city" for the "suburbs." This process is no different from the one that after WWII found major center cities losing industry, offices, and major institutions like hospitals to the suburbs.
