As Goes California, So Goes Arizona

Cultural and development trends continue migrating from California to Arizona, even the positive ones.
Toll roads, multi-ethnic neighborhoods, urban infill and many more indicators of the California zeitgeist will appear in Arizona before long... including attempted solutions to problems identified with the Golden State, such as congestion and sprawl.
