Partnership for Community Development


The Partnership for Community Development (PCD) is a non-profit serving the community and economic development needs of the Hamilton, NY area. PCD is the sub-recipient of a CDBG planning grant to undertake an Airpark Opportunities Assessment and Redevelopment Plan for the Hamilton Airpark.

The plan will focus on more than 50 acres of land adjacent to the Hamilton Airport in close proximity to Colgate University. The site features low-cost municipal water, sewer, electric, and gas. The Plan will analyze the opportunities that exist and barriers to development, as well as provide a marketing plan for recruiting new businesses.
