Homes have changed to fit today's lifestyles.
"Home ownership has never been more pervasive across the U.S....Low interest rates and an inhospitable stock market have redirected money and attention back to real estate... The compartmentalized shelter with separate rooms for preparing food, eating, entertaining and watching television has been steadily giving way to an abode made up of larger, flexible living areas...Will our current obsession with shared open spaces and lush private ones look silly years from now?"
