Bush's Executive Order For Transportation Reviews Criticized

Critics complain that an executive order by President Bush speeds up environmental reviews of transportation projects to help Republican candidates.
"Environmental groups and Democrats say the Bush administration is using a new executive order that speeds up environmental reviews on transportation projects to help some Republican candidates in close races. The administration rejects the charge."
