Big plans underway (again) for Philadelphia's Delaware River waterfront.

"It's been at least 15 years since several major renewal development projects for Philadelphia’s Delaware River waterfront were announced. Some have come to fruition. Others still sit on back burners. Liberty Landing is coming back to life... Phase One will include between 350 and 400 apartments in a 30-story tower and a 650-car integrated parking garage."
