Pursuing Smart Growth

New Jersey Governor James E. commits to pursuing a smart growth vision for the state.
"To enhance the quality of life in New Jersey, the state requires a vision -- one that fosters thoughtful economic growth, protects our natural resources and makes our communities more livable. To realize this goal, we need a new paradigm. We must forge partnerships among the business sector, the private non-profit sector, the university community and all levels of government. "
