Regional Transit Plan To Be Reviewed

A transportation plan submitted to the San Diego Association of Governments outlines transit improvements.
"Making transit competitive with the biggest villain in traffic congestion the solo commute is entirely within reach, according to a draft regional transportation plan that will be submitted to the San Diego Association of Governments board tomorrow.The plan outlines $42 billion in transportation improvements from now to 2030, a package designed to provide more convenient and faster travel choices without trying, as planners put it, to 'build our way out of traffic congestion.'"
