The APA website introduces a new monthly column exploring e-government solutions to urban planning and development challenges.
The first in a series of monthly columns about e-government and planning by PLANetizen editor Chris Steins appears on the APA website: "The City of Scottsdale's One-Stop Center provides permitting, plan review, inspection scheduling, maps, and payment processing directly to city residents from the city's website."
