Colorful Redevelopment Plan

A $119 million redevelopment proposal with "a huge splash of color" is scheduled to be reviewed by the Kansas City planning commission.
"The Kansas City Star's proposed production plant would transform two blocks into a huge splash of color composed of copper and glass and topped with a soaring roof reaching for the downtown skyline."
