'In-Fill' Developments In Salt Lake

"In-fill" developments help rebuild communities in Salt Lake City.
In-fill neighborhoods are popular with people who want a new home but do not want to abandon established areas near family and friends or take on long commutes. Most cities are fans on such projects as well because they utilize existing roads and sewer lines and theoretically help preserve open spaces elsewhere.
