Single 'Smart Card' System For Mass Transit

San Diego County is planning on using a single "smart-card" system for buses, trolley, and commuter rail.
"San Diego County riders of buses, trolleys and the Coaster soon will be able to pay fares with a single transit card, under a system being announced today."
