Toronto's New City Plan

Toronto city planners have distilled the official plans from seven municipal entitites to draft an abmitious new city plan.
"The proposed official plan for Toronto, which will be the focus of a major public meeting starting Sept. 24 at Toronto City Hall, proposes to protect 75% of the city's land and structures, and to direct development to the 25% that is considered under-built or even derelict."
