Suburban Slums In Central Ohio?

Residents say that many central Ohio subdivisions are turning into "brand-new suburban slums."
"There is a vacant (U.S. Housing and Urban Development-owned) house across from us that has been empty since before we moved in, and that was in October of 2000," she said. "My husband and I always thought that you buy a house for an investment, not to lose money. We know we have to get out."
