"The architects, Ada Tolla and Giuseppe Lignano, are preparing to build the first one. Thanks to the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis and the University of California at Santa Barbara, they have been invited to turn theory into a fully functioning prototype. Plans are to ship it all the way to Rotterdam on a multicity tour."
