Is global warming the culprit behind recent floods in China and Europe?
"Hundreds of thousands of people have been evacuated from their homes as China's Hunan province battles against a raging flood. Hundreds of people have already been killed by floods in Asia. This year has also seen Eastern and Central Europe hit by serious flooding, leading some to blame changing weather patterns and global warming. But there are many other man-made causes closer to home."
