Mansionization Restrictions Emerge

A Planning Commission in Orange County, CA, approves new mansionization restrictions on homeowners building massive homes.
"Communities across the county are addressing mansionization, where older, smaller homes on prized lots are replaced by large, sleek houses that some consider incompatible with the neighborhood. The issue has pitted property owners against review boards, and sometimes against one another."
