The City of Toronto, Canada, is proposing to revitalize a multicultural neighborhoood.
"The community is splendidly multicultural, with Arabic, Asian, European, African and Latin shops and restaurants side by side.But rust and peeling paint hang heavy on the railway bridges and anonymous buildings that predominate on this stretch of one of Toronto's most important streets."
