New Urbanist project in Santa Clara fills gap in Bay Area development scene.
The Rivermark development counts on smaller lots and new amenities to win residents. It is a model of New Urbanist development in the Bay Area, home to several of the nation's most prominent new urban planners, but fewer than two dozen new urban projects.
