June 7-9, 2015 │ Madison, WI

The 2015 Economic Future Forum, themed The Ingredients for Success, is going to be held June 7-9, in Madison, Wisconsin. Attendees will analyze trends in existing and emerging industries, while learning how to foster and grow industry clusters in their own communities. One idea we’ll be exploring in-depth is industrial renewal.

A number of once great industries have lost their luster and are perhaps on the verge of a renewal. From revamping your neglected infrastructure to reviving your declining industries, all hope is not lost on the engines that once created prosperity for your community. In this Future Forum session we’ll look at the reasons for industrial decline, and strategies to bring key industries back to life.

Attendees will learn about:

  • Gathering stakeholders of private, public and nonprofit sectors to launch renewal efforts
  • Building off the skills and knowledge of your current workforce
  • Case studies of industrial renewal and revitalization
