Finally, there is a movie that specifically tackles urban planning
"Now, along comes a movie that really is about urban planning, one that addresses the questions of urban development and community change quite directly. The movie is John Sayles' Sunshine State, a meandering tale about two scruffy communities along the beach near Jacksonville one white, one black that are threatened with change thanks to the sudden interest of big developers."
