Rouse-built Festival Marketplace Faces Demolition

Small business owners are suprised to find themselves in the path of Richmond's downtown revitalization plan.
A Rouse-built festival marketplace and adjacent business will be demolished for parking to support the conversion of two vacant department stores as part of a hotel-performing arts complex planned for downtown Richmond.
