Seattle Region Traffic Drops To 5th Worst

The Seattle region is ranked the fifth-worst for traffic congestion.
"And in what's become a yearly reminder, a study released by the Texas Transportation Institute yesterday ranked the Seattle-Everett area fifth worst in the nation for roadway congestion...Traffic jams resulted in $112 million in wasted fuel. Each rush-hour driver was delayed 82 hours each year by clogged highways. Bad traffic cost area drivers and companies $1.3 billion annually."
