Most Congested Cities

The Texas Transportation Institute's annual congestion study ranks the cities with the worst congestion. Guess who leads the list?
"For sheer traffic misery, Los Angeles tops the charts. The nation's second-most populous urban area, after New York City, had both the longest average delay -- 136 hours a year -- and the highest travel time index. The average trip took almost twice as long at rush hour. A distant second in both measures was the San Francisco-Oakland area."
