How To Limit San Diego's Sprawl

20 June 2002 - 11:00am

This editorial looks at myriad planning problems in San Diego, such as chronic traffic and endless sprawl.

Unfortunately, the "super SANDAG" plan isn't going to cut it, the editorial finds. Instead, the editorial calls for an alternative: the unanimously approved proposal drafted by the San Diego County Board of Supervisors, with its directly elected board members.
