Redevelopment Might Take Homes Away

City of Garden Grove may change residential areas into a commercial zone; residents fear eminent domain.
"City leaders say the area being targeted, off Harbor Boulevard before the Garden Grove (22) Freeway, is prime for creating a destination spot full of eateries and shops to draw tourists from the Disneyland Resort area and to support the city's newly built hotel district."
