Jacksonville's New Downtown Hub Plan

Downtown Jacksonville seeks to create retail town center and relies on nearby housing.
"The proposal, dubbed "Bay Street Town Center," hopes to capitalize on expected residents of nearby housing being constructed. Advocates envision restaurants, coffee shops, a few bars and small businesses like dry cleaners being developed during the next few years, said Michael Munz, a vice president at The Dalton Agency advertising firm who has helped lead the proposal."
