More public transport is needed but will politics get in the way?
"In recent decades, as its population has swollen to 20m, [Mexico City] has become notorious for traffic-jams, pollution and crime...Nowadays, there is less pollution [and] there are more police on the streets. And Mexico city's mayor, Andres Lopez Obrador, even thought that he had come up with a brilliant plan to ease traffic congestion."
