Developers Find That Sky Does Have Limits

Developers' plans for Orlando's skyline have been "put on hold."
"Sometimes a developer is overextended, trying to cut too many deals at once, said Owen Beitsch, Executive Vice President of Real Estate Research Consultants. Other times, the developer just has a bad idea, said Cameron Kuhn, an investor who has bought and redeveloped several downtown buildings."
