23 May 2002 - 1:00pm
The Planning Report interviews a Los Angeles City Council member on the movement to ban billboards -- and not just in L.A.

Councilmember after the ordinance's passage to get her take on the importance of the ban, the factors that came together to allow its passage, and what the movement to ban billboards will mean--not just in L.A.--but throughout California.
