Highway Traffic Snarls May Impact Ambulence Service

Several CT towns are charging the State DOT with funding a solution to address the public safety threat caused by a large-scale highway construction project.
"Towns such as Guilford, Madison and Clinton worry that the traffic delays are going to increase during construction. They've asked the state Department of Transportation to tap into the project's $1 billion budget to ensure safe and speedy ambulance service."
