HOPE VI project proposal raises concerns.

Questioning past practice of the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority in a HOPE VI project, public housing residents ask of new plans "Where will they go when their homes are knocked down, and will they be able to come back?" City Councilors also asked tough questions of the Authority's proposal for a new HOPE VI application.
