Housing At The Heart Of Downtown Plan For Columbus

Columbus, OH, would commit $100 million for downtown projects.
"The plan offers a tray of goodies to entice developers to head Downtown. There would be blanket 75 percent real-estate-tax abatements for new housing. And the city could offer tax breaks up to 100 percent for some projects."
