Homeownership Rates Rise For Latinos

Homeownerhips rates for San Diego County's Latino population are rising.
Latinos, who are San Diego County's fastest-growing population, are increasingly becoming homeowners, but a continued influx of immigrants, along with high housing costs, and unequal access to home buying resources, have kept the homeownership rate low. Still, both immigrants and second-generation households are finding ways to buy homes and move up the real estate ladder.
