Jeb Bush Should Veto Florida Transportation Bill

This editorial opposes HB261 and asks Florida's Governor Jeb Bush to veto the bill.
"A transportation bill has turned into a legislative "train" so loaded with bad ideas that it deserves to be derailed by the governor...Whatever good provisions it contains are overwhelmed by features that would open the door to waste, recklessness and abuse of authority in road-building."
