California Governor's Building For The 21st Century report looks to incentivize infrastructure investment.
Many in the land use field have been anxiously awaiting the release of the Governor's 21st Century Infrastructure Report. The report, released in March, outlines strategies for California to better incentivize planning, zoning and land use to aid in the construction of housing and infrastructure. The Planning Report excerpts two portions of the report--the Land Use section and the Housing section--which offer some insightful ideas and novel policy suggestions to help California get back on track in terms of investing in infrastructure for the future.
