Residents Vs. Nonresidents; Money Vs. Slightly Less Money in Connecticut.
The case of Greenwich, CT struggling desperately to exclude non residents from their beaches and parks is reaching a fevered pitch. "This town's Board of Selectmen was criticized last month when it voted to charge out-of-towners $308 a head to use the town's beaches. But the reaction apparently did not faze the board, which has decided to extend those fees to all of the town's parks"
