Growth predictions from the last Census forecast a steady increase in California's population, yet most cities throughout the state continue to cry out for no growth and low-density. In light of that conflict, how will we accommodate these projections in our cities? To cope with that problem Gail Goldberg, Planning Director for the City of San Diego, has gone out and explained the true nature of growth to her city's residents.
