Politics And Building A WTC Memorial

The politics behind building a memorial at the site of the World Trade Center.
"Rudy Giuliani, called for a 'soaring memorial' to occupy the whole 16-acre site...Michael Bloomberg...quickly bowed to the reality that, for downtown's long-term viability, the site needs to mix remembrance with office space... The most bitter wrangling will be over who has the right to decide what happens on the site."
