South Florida Transit Gone Bad

Florida's Broward County Transit is literally driving riders away, and faces allegations of poor management.
"Riders say service has not kept pace with county growth, despite a recent shot of millions of dollars for improvements. Complaints range from buses running behind schedule to a lack of benches and shelters, leaving passengers to stand or curb-squat under a blazing sun or in the rain. Some bus routes scheduled to connect to another bus arrive just in time to miss each other."
