Lapp Named New N.Y. MTA Director

Katherine M. Lapp is appointed the new executive director of the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
"Katherine M. Lapp has been appointed the new executive director of the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority by MTA Chairman Peter Kalikow. Previously, she served for four years as director of criminal justice for New York State, where she was Governor Pataki's primary advisor on criminal justice policy."
