Town Wins Right To Block Farm Sale To Big Developer

New Jersey town is first to win the right to condemn a farm to prevent it from being turned into a sprawling residential development.
"The case was being watched by land-use experts throughout New Jersey and around the country. While yesterday's ruling pleased environmentalists, a farm group spokesman said the judge's decision steps on the rights of property owners."
