Billboard Company Angers Los Angeles

Los Angeles county and city officials say a major billboard company has violated ordinances by installing billboards along freeways.
"A major billboard company began placing more than a dozen of its signs along several freeways just hours before new restrictions took effect Jan. 1, drawing the ire of city and county officials who threatened to sue the company."
