Clay County, FL Faces Growth Challenges

Jacksonville Metro area county faces serious growing pains and seeks solutions.
"Clay County, with about 141,000 residents, is the last place on the First Coast to consider growth taxes. Duval County charges developers a "fair share" fee. St. Johns and Nassau counties tack "impact fees" onto building permits."
