The plan envisions a complex with two hospitals, a marina, cable cars, and two 635-foot towers on a quiet peninsula.
"The plan is almost inconceivable: two 635-foot towers of glass and steel towering above the marinas and modest homes on a quiet peninsula at the easternmost end of town." "The tallest building in town now is an eight-story condominium. But neither that nor the city's 52-foot height limit has deterred John Cacoulidis, a developer who went from wielding a hammer to building a small fortune."
