Although New York had a head start in building the modern high-rise skyline, it's fallen behind its global competitors in Dubai and Asia in the construction of super-tall residential buildings. Shaw looks at the status of four current residential tower projects that, with some help from "Russia's ultra-wealthy investing class," are leading the "latest phenomenon in New York's storied skyscraper history."
