Nocatee Plan Will Cause Urban Sprawl

Sierra Club explains its position on the Nocatee development plan for northeast Florida.
"Urban sprawl is exactly what the plan for Nocatee is. Urban sprawl is not a "red herring." Nocatee will use up resources (money from taxes, to be more precise) available to both urban communities and St. Johns County."
