New Projects To Reshape Metro Atlanta's College Park

$2 billion worth of projects aim to transform downtown College Park in Atlanta, GA.
"For many years, College Park had two claims to fame: airport noise and Woodward Academy, one of metro Atlanta's top private schools and a perennial powerhouse in prep football circles... Now, thanks to quieter jets and different flight patterns, the city is quieter, and with Atlanta developers eying airport environs, College Park is on the verge of a renaissance."
