Businesses hurt by congested roads in Southeast Michigan have formed the Michigan Smart Growth coalition to address sprawl.
Southeast Michigan's clogged roadways are causing not only short tempers, but they hurt the state's economy, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation director... Businesses are trying to fight back and have formed the Michigan Smart Growth coalition to address problems associated with urban sprawl and the accompanying traffic jams.
